A.K.I. Constructions Ltd was founded in 1997, by Athinodoros Iosif, Technical Engineer, Kyriakos Kyriakou, Civil Engineer and Maria Kyriakou Iosif, Civil Engineer. Their goal is achieving high quality in building construction, implementing modern aesthetics and protecting the environment. This is the result of their long experience and strong presence in the construction industry of Cyprus.

A.K.I. Constructions Ltd was founded as a limited liability company in Cyprus. It is registered at the Council for the Registration & Control of Building & Civil Engineering Contractors. The company is a holder of class A license for building works and class C license for technical works. The Company is also a member of the Cyprus Federation of the Building Contractors and Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation.

Pursuing from the outset a policy of ongoing dynamic development, A.K.I. Constructions Ltd has created several subsidiaries and associated companies, with similar activities in Cyprus and abroad. In 2013, the company established CRYSTAL TOWERS GENERAL CONSTRUCTING LLC in the United Arab Emirates with activities in all the Emirates, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, RAK and others.
